Top 5 Upcoming Games That Look Exciting

There are many great games to come out over the past few years, it seems from 2011, up until now, we've been given a great deal of great console and PC releases. There are so many good games coming out, and with the Fall season approaching, the end of the year is nigh. However, there are several games that were shown off at Gamescom 2016, which are either  in development, or set to release next year.  This top five list is in-no-particular-order, but will be a list of games that have me excited, and proud to be a gamer.  Here are five upcoming games to look out for:

      5) Tekken 7- if you didn't know me well-enough, you may not have known I'm a huge fan of the fighting genre. I've been playing Tekken since the second game, and it is a technical fighting game that requires superior skills, and the ability to use extreme hand/eye coordination. The game is one of the hardest to win, and is an extremely difficult challenge. Namco's Tekken 7 is going to introduce Akuma from Capcom's  Street Fighter as a special guest playable character. This comes after the games like Street Fighter x Tekken, reguardless, this is a serious fighter, and looks to revamp the series, even after it was shown at E3 has this game intrigued me. The game is cure fly avail before play in arcades, mostly in Japan, but the fighting system is now sharper, and I'll be excited to see how it resonates on consoles later this year.

   4) Injustice 2- Another fighting game, yes, but in a completely different manner: iInjsutife 2 is Netherrealm Studios second game in the series about DC characters. This game, from demos, and gameplay looks to supersede the original, and made me want to purchase the original game. So-far it could be the in-between from now until Mortal Kombat XI. Through happenstance, I saw the first trailers of Gorilla Grodd and Atrocitius, and the game looked incredible. Then the introduction of Blue Beetle made me so happy, my little nerd heart could flutter out of my chest.
Not much information on the storyline so-4am, but if it will incorporate all the characters that are supposed to be announced,mi would like to see just how long it will be, I'm jhooing slightly longer than MK X's storyline, but I'm also excited to see what the new armor system will do to change the flow of gameplay, and if it will be a success, and reintroduced in the new Mortal Kombat, of if it will be abandoned after this first attempt. Reguardless, being a fan of DC, I am sorry I've overlooked Injustice before, and I cannot wait to see this game come back with a serious vengeance.

3) Little Nightmares- Not much is known about this new, eccentric game that looks like a cross between a Tim Burton claymation film, and survival horror, but it is gothic, creepy, whimsical, and completely and utterly mad. I've been waiting for a game like this for a long time, ever since I saw The Nightmare Before Christmas, and Edward Scissorhands. The game looks both adorable, and macabre, and if that doesn't sum up an influence from the likes of Burton, it's a real impressive copycat. I was watching the game, and I wanted to know so much more, and I may just be putting some money down on it very soon.

2) Resident Evil VII: Biohazard- with Konami's diatribe of turning from a major video game maker into a pachinko-sellout, it is assured that Silent Hills is not only canceled, mbut the entire game series is practically doomed. Even if the series somehow manages to come back to consoles or PC, it's going to be a shadow of the superior horror title it once was...but that is just fine, as with Resident Evil VII's debut trailer, the game looks to be everything P.T. was supposed to be. R.E. VII is going to be a return to actual horror. The newest trailer was pretty disturbing, even I was excited, becaue it didn't feel like a Resident Evil title, and that is probably why the game is going to surpass the last two without hesitance. I haven't bought a Resident Evil game since Nemisis, and yes, I did enjoy RE4, but this was the game we should've been playing all-along. In a roundabout way, Resident a Evil VII is looking to be Capcom's magus opus, the best of the best of this series. It releases sometime next year, and I'm sure the fans will be raving about the this title for years to come....it is a welcomed game where so many promises have been broken before

1) South Park: The Fractured But Whole- I'm extremely excited for this game, I mk probably going to be playing this game at least several times before I even think of touching another game. If it is anything like the first game, it will be a serious RPG experience. The Stick of Truth was a great game, and this one is looking to be the quintessential South Park game. How will it play? I'll know by December 8th. Seeing though that the method has slightly changed, mand characters can move around and cause damage similar to, yet not precisely games such-as Worms, the new superhero style is greatly welcomed, especially since it will be interesting to see just how many storylines will coincide in this game, as well as the twentieth season of the show.  I'm looking forward to this game, surprisingly so, becaue at first I thought I wasn't going to want to play this game as much as say the others coming out this year, but it looks to be more than any fan was anticipating.
