A Personal Experience With Writing

Sometimes one thinks of writing as a task for those who speak with a voice different from everyone else. Others feel a good writer has to have qualities that allow for good comparison to that of the mundane. I beleive that is far from true, and that most people are excellent writers. Knowing big words, and using them does not make the writing more interesting, nor make it more astounding. Words are used to empathize the situation. If you wat to write well, it is much more simpler than you would expect, in that most writers learn the most during their college years.
Here is a simple word of advice to writers out there in the world that no one else will have the guts to give you: do not ever in this lifetime dream you will become a famous author. You will most likely be lost in the world if you think that your life will become glitz and glamour by simply writing. If you want to become a famous writer, you really have to try your hardest, and do other things as well. No one just becomes a writer without some other profession.
If this seems harsh, and it just may, really is just honesty. Although I feel I am a good writer, does not mean I will sell my first book overnight, and most people do not think that, but it really becomes a shame that people who do deserve to be punished.
I have been writing for a newspaper for some time, and I have to say that it is a fun job that gets me known throughout the local area. I have been writing for years, and it is one of the most fun things I can do well.
If you feel that writing really is your area of expertise, then I suggest to you to try and get started wtih either an internship, a local job, and/or a blog like I have. Enjoy writing, and continue reading.
