Seems like the big players will be at E3: Sony, Nintendo, and Microsoft. Should be an interesting year, although I wonder if other companies like Leapfrog, Tiger, and other versions of handhelds will be there as well, or are they extinct? I also wonder what will be the end-all, beat-all game, considering all the top franchises have let out their wrath on the gaming industry with developers making some of potential 2010 GOTY candidates in just the last four months. Summer may be the drought for once, but there are hypes of games like Marvel vs Capcom, which I'm sure may have a new trailer, if not a possible playable demo. Being that I am not considered a part of the industry, which is obviously true, I am not going to go, and although I would love to go one day, it will not be this year.
I'm not sure what's up ahead for this year's E3, but I am willing to bet it will be pretty astounding, especially because for the first time I'll be watching all 25 hours in HD. So I'll get the full experience of what these games will surely look like, and I'll relay that to my readers, and to followers on Twitter. I'll also make sure to split the posts up fairly so not to bombard the readers with tons of information and opinion at once. I will be sure to fill you all in on information, links, and the mother load come June 15th, so be sure to check back at this blog for the most detail on the Electronic Entertainment Expo.
